If you own a Nexus S handset then you will be over the moon to know that a new developer over at XDA Developers has managed to get an ICS AOSP build running on it and is now sharing it with everyone too.

Kernel
The kernel is custom build from the aosp source (same as stock 2.3.7) with the following changes:
- mxt224 patch to make touchscreen work (patch)
- pvr-driver backported from aosp tuna kernel (patch)
Other kernels will not work unless they include the patches above
