I always enjoy posting about Pantech, not because they have particularly nice handset or even because they have super powerful phones but because they were the first company I posted about on the Land of Droid when the site was known as Land of Android (eugh!)

Getting back to the story at hand then. Pantech and Verizon have announced the LTE radio based Pantech Breakout which will be available from September 22nd this year.

The Pantech Breakout cost will be $ 99.99 on a 24 month contract with Verizon
