Right off the back of the very successful Raspberry Pi that officially launched earlier in the year, another manufacturer has announced they too will be entering the extreme low budget PC market. APC have developed a small computer using the popular VIA microchip. Running at 800 MHz the micro-computer is going to retail at £49 and will run an Android based operating system. Apparantly APC have developed a special version which is now compatible with a mouse and keyboard. The micro PC has a built in Internet Browser so is constantly compatible with cloud based services.
The APC is due to ship as soon as July this year. Register via this link to find out more! http://apc.io

Sounds good, but will it run linux? theres no mention of the ram :| I see there’s a 4 pin for the PSU, im assuming you’ll have to seperately pick up a low power PSU for this, and not use your phone charger.. :|
