I’m sure that when you seen the title of this post you were thinking, so what? Well if not I did so that’s what counts right?
Well it seems like a pretty obvious thing that a phone contains a MicroSD Card slot but in actual fact, on the San Diego it’s not that obvious as the MicroSD Card Slot is not actually supposed to be used by ordinary users or for that matter even be seen.
So how did this come about then? Well, Paul O’Brien (the editor-in-chief of MoDaCo) was doing some tinkering (as he does) with the device and realised that when you remove the non-removable rear case there is actually a slot sitting there.
Of course, it wouldn’t be that easy now would it?
Sadly the software does not see this additional memory as yet however Paul seems fairly confident that he can make progress on that when he sorts out root for the device.
