Samsung hasn’t started their event at CES 2012 yet but this doesn’t stop them from making big announcements. They announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be coming to Verizon and will be compatible with the LTE network. Another big device on the red carrier.
The 7.7 inch screen is a super AMOLED plus display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. Under the hood you get a 1.4GHz dual-core processor and 16GB of internal storage. This tablet will run Android 3.2 but will likely get updated to 4.0 in the near future and will have the TouchWiz overlay. The cameras on the tablet are average with a 5MP back camera and a 2MP front camera. The device is extremely thin at 7.9mm and will be blazing fast on the LTE network.
