Before you check the date or think that you have stepped back in time I’m pleased to inform you that you are in the year 2013 and the date (depending where you are in the world) is June 10th.
As strange as this seems, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has passed through the Bluetooth SIG (Special Interests Group) which provides certification for devices.
You may be wondering why this has happened? Well to be honest, it’s not that much of a surprise, older devices pass through the Bluetooth SIG all the time and often signify a change in the device software that requires Bluetooth to be re-certified.
So what makes this one significant then? Well, with rumours recently surfacing amidst a video of Android 4.3 it would seem that a release is imminent (or at least within a few month).
So, do you still have your GNEX and if so are you looking forward to having the latest incarnation of Google Android on it again?
