The LG G Pad 7.0 will be arriving on AT&T August 8. It will be available for purchase on a two year contract for $149.99 or $12.50 per month with no money down. Further, if you are already planning on purchasing a LG G2, G3 or G Flex, the G Pad will only set you back $0.99.
The LTE enabled variant of the G Pad sports the same features as it’s WiFi only counterpart. It has 7 inch IPS display with a 1.3 megapixel camera up front. Around back is a 5 megapixel shooter. Sporting a 1.2GHz processor and 4000GHz processor, everything should run comfortably for a day.
The G Pad offers some compelling software features. LG’s QPair allows you to answer calls or messages delivered to any smartphone running Android 4.1 or higher right from the tablet. Dual Window enables multitasking similar to Samsung’s solution to this, while QSlide lets the user adjust transparency of two windows that float above the G Pad’s main screen. Knock Code is also present in this tablet.
