One of my favorite features of the Nexus Player was that gaming remote, it’s unique for these set-top boxes and it’s a welcome site. It seems Google is wasting no time making that gaming remote useful. It was announced that Gameloft and Google have been working closely and will be launching 10 games on the Nexus Player on launch day.
Gameloft had this to say:
We’re committed to delivering amazing game experiences to our millions of players on promising new platforms. “With cross platform gameplay for several Gameloft titles, players will be able to enjoy their favorite games on the big screen, phone, and tablet.
We are glad that Gameloft is bringing their games to every platform as quick as possible and the list doesn’t seem too shabby either:
- Asphalt 8: Airborn
- Dungeon Hunter 4
- GT Racing 2: The Real Car Experience
- Modern Combat 4
- Modern Combat 5
- Despicable Me: Minion Rush
- My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
- Ice Age Village
- Wonder Zoo
- World at Arms
