The HTC Ville has been a rumoured device for awhile now, and details are slowly emerging about this upcoming device for T-Mobile. HTC will be debuting this as their first Android 4.0 device, and with a rumoured 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen, Qualcomm dual-core Snapdragon 1.5GHz series 4 and a thin profile, this could be quite the enticing device. With the Mobile World Congress happens next month in Barcelona, Spain, here’s hoping we get more details before then.
